Thank you for your interest in collaborating with The Ethnic Indian Store! We value influencers who align with our brand and can authentically showcase our products. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your application.

Mandatory Rules & Regulations

1. Content Creation & Posting Guidelines:

Influencers must create original and high-quality content that aligns with our brand aesthetic.

The product must be clearly visible in the content, and posts should be engaging and informative.

Deliverables should be submitted for approval at least 3 days before posting.

Caption must include a proper brand mention (@ethnicindianstoreofficial) and relevant hashtags provided by us.

The influencer must tag Ethnic Indian Store in both the post and the caption.

2. Engagement & Authenticity:

Fake followers, engagement bots, or any inauthentic growth methods are strictly prohibited. The influencer must have an engagement rate above 2.5%.

Stories should be live for at least 24 hours and should not be deleted before that.

3. Timeline & Deliverables:

All content must be posted within the agreed timeline. Delay in posting without prior communication will lead to immediate termination of collaboration.

4. Rights & Usage:

Ethnic Indian Store holds the right to repurpose, repost, and use the content for marketing and promotional purposes. The influencer cannot use the content for personal advertising or any third-party promotions without consent.

5. Professionalism & Ethical Conduct:

Influencers must ensure no misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content is shared in association with our brand. Any negative publicity, defamatory statements, or brand misrepresentation will lead to a lifetime ban from future collaborations.

Influencers must disclose sponsored or gifted collaborations as per Instagram’s guidelines (e.g., using #Ad or Paid Partnership feature).

6. Product & Deliveries:

If a barter collaboration is agreed upon, no monetary compensation will be provided. For barter collaborations, products will be sent only once, and the influencer is expected to post the agreed-upon content.

Failure to post after receiving the product will result in legal action or being blacklisted from future collaborations.

7. Reporting & Analytics Submission:

The influencer must share post-performance insights (reach, engagement, saves, shares) within 48 hours of posting.
